I'm doing a few shows together with my old Norwegian friend Gunhild. We studied music together in Trondheim back in the days. Now we both live in Copenhagen, Denmark. We've been planning to do some shows together for a while now, and finally we have some dates scheduled. Here are the upcoming shows:
I had a great time at By: Larm, Oslo this weekend! I met a lot of nice folks and cursed the snow that made my feet wet and cold. The last day I surrendered and bought myself new warm winter boots! I also played two great shows, Thursday at Funhouse and Friday at the record store Big Dipper! The Funhouse show was really loud and noisy, while the Big Dipper show was more polite. I had great fun playing with Anita from Bladed. She is awesome in every way!
I'm now in Oslo preparing for the club:larm gig at Funhouse, Oslo, tomorrow night. As mentioned in another blog post, I'm proud to present Anita Kaasbøll from Bladed as my special guest for the special occasion. We've been practicing for two days now. It sounds really raw, dirty and warm. I play the guitar and sing, while Anita does backgroud vocals, plays the tambourine and provides us with wonderful noise. Can't wait until show time!!
Here are some more pics from the release concert in Trondheim last weekend. It was a great evening. Fun to play and a lot of old friends to hang out with afterwards. Hoping for a great stay in Oslo too. Leaving for By:Larm tonight!
