We are about to wrap it up here in Taakeheimen. My plane leaves for Copenhagen tonight! It's been a wonderful week here in Oslo. Kyrre and Marcus are recording some backing vocals right now. We have now recorded 10 noisy and mellow tracks all together. Can't wait to share it with the rest of the world, soon, soon...

Fogging up in Taakeheimen

We are now about to fog up in Taakeheimen. Today is day three of recording, and we are about to get lost in the Stina Stjern mist. It is starting to sound really sweet, and I am really proud to be a part of such a wonderful work process. Kyrre is now recording some sixties guitar tracks, while I work on some new lyrics. In other words, a lovely spring day in Taakeheimen.

Tomorrow: Oslo

Ola, Kyrre and I have been working on some new songs this week. Going to Oslo tomorrow to record with Marcus again!! sweet

Taaka

I haven't been very busy updating my humble blogspot lately, have I?! But I've been quite busy in real life... However: Came home from Oslo yesterday. Was working in "Taaka" with Mac and Kyrre. We worked on the songs we recorded in December. They are now being mixed by Kyrre and Mac so that we have a demo. The next couple of weeks are dedicated to Stina Stjern. I'm so looking forward to write some music and hopefully I'll drink a lot of really good tea!

Taakeheheimen Lydrike

Wonderful days in the studio recording our very first album!! So far so good! We are having a great time here in Taakeheimen Lydrike. Marcus Fosgren from The Lionheart Brothers and Bård Ingebrigtsen from Sirens and Us are engineering! Stina Stjern sounds warmer and nicer than ever! Can't wait to show it to you guys!

Oslo/Taakeheimen

Arrived in Oslo this morning. Been hanging around with Kyrre while waiting for the studio to be ready! Bought the vinyl "No New York" at Tiger! I also bought a book, " Drømmefakultetet" by the swedish writer Sara Stridsberg. It's about Valerie Solanas and I'm looking forward to read it soon, soon! We made friends with a cute horse on the way! nice! Right now I'm hanging out in Taakeheimen wating for Ola. Then we'll get to work! Oh yes, we are going to record the vert first Stina Stjern album.
